Members of the public are encouraged to report any issues and maintenance requests identified in the City of Port Lincoln area via any of the following methods:
Council will require a detailed description of the works request including the location and your contact details.
If you complete the 14-67-T2 Works Request Form you can email it through to Council at plcc@plcc.sa.gov.au or deliver to the Council Administration Office located in the Civic Centre.
Once the works request has been received by Council it will be forwarded to the appropriate department for assessment and action. A staff member will be in contact to inform you of the outcome/action taken.
Tree Removal and Trimming Requests
Council is responsible for maintenance and vegetation on Council property including roadside verges. Unauthorised removal of trees under the care and control of Council by the public is not permitted. Refer to our 14.63.6 Tree Management Policy.
A member of the public must submit a Works Requests Form stating their name, address and the reasons they believe the tree(s) require removal or to be trimmed. Council will assess each request independently and on merit.
Anyone wanting to plant trees/shrubs or landscape Council land must contact Council for approval.
